In this video, I will be doing Quest 5 Chapters 2 & 3 of the Dragon Quest 8 Event!
After being falsely accused of conspiring to assassinate the Pope, KohitsujiZ and the others are put in an island prison by Marcello, and time goes by as they sit and wait. One day, the guard shares big news with them, which was that the Pope had passed away and that Marcello would be the next Pope. This news makes the party members uneasy as they suspect some kind of foul play. Yangus then puts on an act to get the guard to let his guard down, and our heroes are then able to escape from the prison. From Angelo, they learn that Marcello is most likely having an enthronement ceremony at the Gordo Sanctuary and must hurry there. As they move to confront Marcello, they find that things are not going in their favor.
